Meredith Coker

Partner and Attorney at Law

Meredith Coker earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Washington Lee University and attended the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at William and Mary. After graduation, Meredith clerked for two years in the Virginia Court of Appeals for Judge Willis. She then moved to D.C. and worked for a firm that specialized in government contracts, international litigation and corporate law (litigation and practice).  Meredith relocated to Charleston in 2003 where she joined a large law firm. She spent several years there handling litigation matters.

Meredith and Charles formed Altman & Coker in 2006. Both partners believed that personalized service is essential to quality representation, and a small practice allows them to stay true to that philosophy. Learn more about the firm.
